In our April edition we inadvertently listed an extra NSAI meeting on our calendar -- on March 19. Although nine songwriters did show up at the Shelby Campus meeting room that night, only one was expecting it to be an NSAI meeting. The others were there for an LASC Board meeting. After we had gone to press, we received word that the open stages scheduled at the Butchertown Pub on April 11 and April 25 were to be pre-empted by concerts by Delbert McClinton and Wayne Toups, respectively. We're sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused due to the erroneous listing of the open stages on our calendar.
