Louisville Ballet to Include Three Works In February Production

The Louisville Ballet will performed three works during the February 22 - 24 production, including the premiere of Don Juan, choreographed by Artistic Director Alun Jones; Napoli, choreographed by Auguste Bournonville and Birds Of Paradise, choreographed by Choo-San Goh.

The Alun Jones work is set to the music of Richard Stauss. Napoli is danced to the music of E. Helsted, Gade and Paulli and will feature Niels Kehlet of the Royal Danish Ballet. Birds of Paradise is set to the harp concert by Alberto Ginastera.

Performances are scheduled for February 22, 8:00 p.m., February 23, 8:00 p.m., and February 24, 8:00 p.m. at the Kentucky Center for the Arts. Tickets prices range from $12 to $34 and go on sale January 29 at the Kentucky Center Ticket Service.
