The fourth annual Great Smokies Song Chase & Performing Artists Workshops, a camp for songwriters and performers, runs July 27 to August 2, 1992 on the campus of Warren Wilson College as part of their overall workshops called The Swannanoa Gathering.
GSSC #4 offers seminars and workshops in lyric and melody writing, publishing, collaborating, performing —almost all facets of the business and creative sides of music. The nationally recognized staff includes continuing director Billy Edd Wheeler, plus Katherine Dines, David Wilcox, Russ and Debbie Zavitson, Chuck Neese, Kin Vassy, Muriel Anderson, Niles Borop, Danny Arena, Jim Magill and Ewel Cornett.
