February 21 — Critique Session.
March 21 — New Members Meeting . Various introductory topics will be covered.
The LASC holds regular meetings at the Federation of Musicians Union hall, 1436 Bardstown Road, at 7:30 PM.
The LASC did not meet on January 17 as planned, for obvious reasons. I hope no one attempted to drive to the Union hall on the night of the Big Storm and if you did, I hope you didn't have too much trouble getting your car out of the snow bank you got stuck in.
I would like to thank the LASC newest member Reggie Helm for driving to Louisville and talking to us about upcoming events in Owensboro KY. For those who missed the meeting on January 3, in coming months there will be an Open Mike night on Tuesdays at Woodward's cafe in Owensboro. There was discussion of having an LASC night when several members could carpool together and each have an opportunity to perform on Woodward's stage. Stay tuned for further developments.
