Elections for the Board of Trustees are set for December 5, 1994. All members in good standing are eligible to vote and to serve on the Board. You may pay your dues as late as the night of the election.

The duties of members of the Board include attending all meetings of the Board, deciding on the actions of the LASC, meeting and talking with people in the music business in the course of attending to Co-op business and generally helping other songwriters with their craft.
