Happy Holidays to all the metal-heads out there!

Read on for the latest news from the scene.

*My Own Victim opened for Gwar at The Brewery on November 1, playing songs from a new CD that will be released in February of 1997 and will be titled No Voice No Rights No Freedom, as well as songs from their previous releases. The band played a tight set and seems to have a really good fan base here in their hometown.

*Went to Eddy Metal's/Inhuman's Second Annual Halloween Costume Party and had an awesome time! The party featured local bands Inhuman, Creed, Faceplant, and also Luther, from Glasgow, Kentucky. This was the first show for Inhuman with new guitarist Mark Fanning and the whole band did an excellent job! Creed, Faceplant, and Luther all put on killer shows too! The music was rockin' on this night and every band kicked butt!

*Inhuman is currently looking for a new drummer. If you are interested or would like more information, give Eddy a call at 361-1828.

*Shattered Reality, Shapeless Matrix, and Incursion played a show in late October at the Flashback. The crowd turnout was pretty good and the bands all played good sets.

Shattered Reality has a new tape out. Please see my review in this issue.

Well, that's all I have for this month. Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.

Remember- give the gift of metal-stuff some stockings with some killer music! See ya!
