<p class="normal"> The album is full of slow-burn blues that are sorrowful enough to drive you to tears. Davis is primarily a storyteller, and these songs chronicle some heavy times for him.</p>
<p class="normal"> 'The mood is so dark that at times it is hard to enjoy the album (in the entertainment sense). Listening to tunes like "Take Time to Know' Her" and '&quot;47 Martin" require bringing yourselfdown to Davis' emotional level to truly feel the impact of the song. lf you are willing to take that challenging journey,<i>The Light Pink Album </i>may be worth your while. </p>
