<p class="normalfirst">The line-up of national acts for the 1999 Powertel Rockin' at Riverpoints Concert Series has been announced. The series, which premiered in 1997 but was not staged last year, will be held on the Louisville Waterfront every Friday from May 14 through July 23, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.</p>
