Recent Louisville Releases

Several Louisville artists have released CDs over the last several weeks, among them two new projects from ear X-tacy Records. Both CDs can be found at ear X-tacy Records and online at www.earx-tacy.com/ .

Songwriter Warren Ray offers Teletouch Drive , while Saved By the Great Yellow Bird is a retrospective of sessions by Sean Garrison and the band Drifting Luke. Garrison is the former leader of Kinghorse and now a idiosyncratic, eruptive columnist for a Louisville weekly. Garrison and the band will perform at an in-store at ear X-tacy on August 3 and a full show with the band at the Rudyard Kipling on August 30, with Fire in the Saddle and The French.

Core stalwart Kallus offers a four-song ep, Avarice, on 42nd Street Records. Kallus' next show in August will be on the 30th at Tek World. Logon to www.kallus.da.ru.
